At Foot Locker, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 45 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in new and unworn condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn sneakers or apparel back into their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or a local Foot Locker store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
